After Hours Emergency Service

Some travel management companies choose to outsource services such as after-hours services to 3rd party call centers, often located offshore. While this approach could be a money saver, it doesn’t fit with our philosophy of focusing on our clients.

Travel and Transport operates our own After-hours Emergency Services for both domestic and international travelers. This service is located in-house at our corporate headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska and in our Fargo, North Dakota reservation center.

Staffing this service Monday through Friday after normal business hours and 24-hours on weekends and holidays means we will have a travel specialist ready to assist you should the unexpected occur. Travel and Transport will serve your travelers from the time the reservation is made until the trip is complete.

Executive VIP Travel

Although we treat all our travelers like VIPS, Travel and Transport provides senior executives with extra attention. Executive travel services are offered to VIP travelers whether booking traditional or through the online booking tool. VIP’s receive special preference and privileges no matter how the reservation is made.
