Travel and Transport’s Loyalty Fulfillment Division Under Goes Re-branding

March 3, 2004 — The loyalty fulfillment division of Travel and Transport, formally known as Amerenhance, has recently undergone a re-branding process and is excited to announce that the new name of the division will be Loyalty Innovations.

“The division re-branding reflects our growth in the loyalty market and our enhanced services and product offerings,” said Jeff Cain, Vice President, Sales, Operations and Client Service for Loyalty Innovations.

Over 13 years ago, Travel and Transport entered the travel rewards loyalty fulfillment market with a newly created division named Amerenhance. Over the years, Amerenhance has grown significantly, adding new customers, providing innovative technology solutions and introducing customers to non-travel rewards such as gift cards.

Amerenhance is a well-known name in the credit card arena; however, the division’s direction expands beyond the card market. “While Amerenhance has served us well over the years, many people do not recognize the name or know what it means. We wanted a brand that is both exciting and descriptive of the services we provide to our customers as well as a name that is easy to remember,” said Cain.

Keeping loyal customers is a fundamental business objective and loyalty reward programs can accomplish a great deal in customer retention. Loyalty Innovations has outstanding experience in implementation, development, fulfillment and customer service. All of these provide a great opportunity to attract new types of loyalty business. As the division moves into new markets, Loyalty Innovations will continue to be known for our creative solutions, outstanding customer service and leading edge technology applications.
