(Omaha, NE, March 6, 2006) - Travel and Transport is pleased to announce that Mike King has accepted the position of Vice President, Corporate Counsel. Mr. King's primary responsibilities in his new position will be to manage the legal affairs of the company, including assisting in the negotiation of contracts and leases for the company. Mr. King will also serve as a member of the Travel and Transport Executive Council.

Mr. King previously worked for the Koley Jessen P.C. law firm in Omaha, NE as a corporate attorney for 13 years. His responsibilities at the Firm included helping to manage mergers and acquisitions, along with other corporate and transactional work, for several of the Firm's larger corporate clients.

Kevin O'Malley, Travel and Transport's Executive Vice President and CFO, stated, "this is a first for us. We haven't had an in-house counsel before but with the growth of our company and the complex contract issues facing our industry, adding somebody with Mike's skills really made sense for our company.
