(Omaha, NE, May 31, 2006) – Travel and Transport is pleased to announce that Cheryl Coughlin has joined the company as a Client Service Manager located in the Denver area.
With 23 years of travel industry experience, Cheryl brings a diversified background in corporate travel and a solid commitment to customer service excellence. Her previous experience as a travel consultant, account manager, corporate reservations director, owner, and President of a Denver based travel agency has enabled her to gain a unique perspective on cost control and budget management while still remaining focused on the high service levels needed in today's multi-national travel programs.
Cheryl’s primary responsibilities in her new position at Travel and Transport will be assisting clients with overall management of their travel program, including vendor negotiations, travel policy review/refinement, cost savings initiatives, introducing new technology, enhancing online booking usage, corporate card program assistance, management report analysis, traveler satisfaction and problem resolution.
