(Omaha, NE, May 31, 2006) -- Travel and Transport is pleased to announce that Cindy Novak has been named Director of Leisure Travel. In her new position, some of Cindy’s responsibilities will include branch operations and marketing, growth of the independent contractor program, focusing on the Executive Concierge Program and the Corporate to Leisure Program. In addition she will manage the development of the vacations Web site.

Novak’s previous position was Sales Manager for the Meeting Trends division of Travel and Transport where her primary responsibility was selling meetings and incentives. She has over 20 years industry experience in managing corporate, leisure and group travel programs.

Novak is currently the President of the Northern Plains Business Travel Association (NP-BTA) local chapter for Nebraska and Iowa and is a Rotarian in the Omaha Downtown Rotary.
