Please follow the steps below to learn how to easily set up a user name and password and retrieve secure messages.
When you are sent a message from a Travel and Transport employee that contains information that is deemed confidential or private, you will receive the following email message and an attachment labeled SecureMessage.html. Open the attachment which will launch the registration page.
A Registration page will display with your Email Address filled in.
Note: The red asterisks (*) indicate required fields.
On the Registration page:
Enter a Password that complies with the Password Rules shown, re-enter it, then enter a Password Reminder Phrase.
Click Submit Password.
The SecureMessage Center opens and will display your email message.
